What is international tutoring?
International tutoring is peer support for foreign newcomers and new international degree students in Oamk. As an international tutor you will be a guide and a friend. You might be the first person a foreign student learns to know in Finland, and it is your job to make sure that the student gets settled in comfortably and easily.
Anyone who studies at Oamk can apply to be a tutor and participate in tutor training, but you should note that international tutoring happens in English – as an international tutor your tutorees will be international exchange students and/or international degree programme students.
