The student union’s new board and chairpersons of the Body of Representatives have now been chosen. Their new term will officially begin in January.
At its organizational meeting yesterday, the Body of Representatives of OSAKO elected Aino Kotirinta as the chair of the representatives, which exercises the highest decision-making power in the entire student body. Hanna Kilponen was elected as the vice chair.
Eljas Leppälä was elected as the chair of the board, which coordinates OSAKO’s daily activities. Eljas will be supported in his role by Anton Luoto as vice chair for the upcoming year.
Jaakko Nevala, Jakub Holopainen, Noora Niemi, Niko Laine, and Venla Jaakkola were elected as the other members of the board. Warm congratulations to the new board and representatives and a big thank you to all the applicants!
Next, we are wrapping up the year with current board, intensively training the new members, and having the new board’s organizational meeting, where the board members will choose their positions. The new board’s term will officially begin in January.
