DO YOU WANT TO BE INVOLVED IN MAKING FINLAND’S BIGGEST OPENING OF THE SCHOOL YEAR?

We are searching for 10 students for the Hurmos Working Group. The candidates should be active and interested in event planning. Your task will be to design and develop the event, making your effect visible in the end result.

The work tasks of the working group vary. You can participate in event styling or communication, be in charge of the event’s social programme, or help plan the event venue or the food and beverage serving. You can decide the tasks and workload that you are willing to take on.

Participating in a working group is a great task to take on while studying! You will have a chance to see how huge events are designed and fulfilled together with other organisations. You will also get to know people and network with event operators in Oulu.

Working in the working group requires committing to spend time on the project weekly. In the spring, the job is more flexible. As Hurmos nears in August and September 2022, the working group will work on the event more intensively.

Submit a free-form application to tuottaja@oyy.fi by 22 December, 2021. If you have any questions about the application process or the working group tasks, contact Kati Kantonen (tuottaja@oyy.fi050 4078452).

The application period is open from 22 November to 22 December, 2021. Candidates will be selected for the job in January 2022 week 2, and the working group will start on 19 January, 2022.
